'Even if you kill us,our soul will magnify the Lord' – Nigerian gay pastor, Jide Macaulay says

Gay Rights Activist and Founder & Director of House Of Rainbow CIC, Pastor Jide Macaulay has once again defended his sexuality and that of ilks insisting that Jesus Christ ‘is on the side of lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgender, intersex people at all times.’ He said that even if they are persecuted, they will continue to glorify the Lord. Read his post below;

I have no doubt that Jesus Christ is on the side of lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgender, intersex people at all times.
Jesus was persecuted even before he was born. He was crucified and left hanging on the cross at his death, thankfully he rose again on the third day. Even his family and friends turned away from him at the time he needed them the most.
There is so much in the teaching and following of Christ that you will see in the lives of LGBTIQ Christians. To be a christian is not easy and the best examples I have seen is from the LGBTIQ people.
Yes, the bible says love thy neighbour, it also say do not repay evil for evil, it says turn the other cheek. But I have only got two cheeks and I am not going to allow you to wear them out with your hate.

Go ahead and persecute us, even if you kill us, "our soul will magnify the Lord". This is not a prediction of my own death, but if I should die through any suspicious means I will be satisfied that I will make heaven as a "Happy Holy Homosexual". In the last few days and weeks the hatred was intense and whilst I am able to ignore it, I also live in reality, knowing that the Lord is my shepherd and he knows I am fabulous and gay. - Jide Macaulay
